This Privacy Policy explains how Skylite Group Ltd ("SAIG", "we", "us"), the operator of the SAIG platform, the SAIG Console (console.skylite.group) and its associated ventures, collects, uses and protects your personal data. Skylite Group Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13535333), based in London.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide when you create an account: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Google sign-in data, if you choose to sign in with Google: your Google account email address, name and profile picture, shared with us through Google OAuth. We never receive your Google password.
Usage and diagnostic data: how you interact with the Console and ventures, device and browser information, and log data used for security and reliability.
Content you submit: instructions, messages and data you provide to Skye, agents and the Console in order to receive the service.
Billing information, if you purchase a paid plan: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate and maintain the SAIG platform and Console.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure (including optional two-factor authentication).
To process the content you submit and return AI-generated results.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
To provide support and to improve our products.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.

3. Service providers

We use trusted third-party processors to operate the service. They process personal data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

Supabase — authentication and database.
Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
Anthropic — AI processing that powers Skye and agents.
Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
Google — sign-in, if you use "Continue with Google".

4. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@skylite.group. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' own approved transfer mechanisms.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, database row-level security, and optional two-factor authentication on your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

9. Children

The SAIG platform is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
